We just issued some promotions to our students and instructors. We are extremely proud of the hard work that everyone has been putting into their training. It does not go overlooked and each and every one of you have earned your promotion. Various factors from training time, demonstration of knowledge, mat time, exhibiting progress, skill, attitude, participation and more go into the considerations for promotions.
You should also be very proud of yourselves and fellow classmates and peers.
We also want to emphasize that although we do use a colored belt promotion system, we don’t want our students to just focus on the color belt they have or will get, or the amount of stripes. Each one of you are your own individual and you all learn and progress at your own pace. Remember, it is YOUR journey.
